However, the solution lies in the fact that Windows Media Player is not installed. In my case, it was necessary to install the Desktop Features component on Windows 2008 R2. In the case of Windows 7, start the installation from C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Windows Media Player, if it is not there, then download from microsoft.com and install.
