I quit cigarettes with JTI's Ploom Tobacco Heating System, then switched to BTI's glo, and then switched to Philip Morris' IQOS. Switching to a vape to reduce the dose of nicotine is not possible in any way due to the fact that I did not find a good tobacco liquid and a device that gave TH. This requires a cigarette puff, and the Vaporesso Xros 2 POD system I bought does not have one. The Berserker MTL RTA V2 clone bought from the Chinese grunts when tightened - it feels like you are chasing snot in your nose on a frosty day.

For those who are going to quit smoking with the help of heating systems for tobacco, vape, and so on, you need to understand that the process of smoking has not been fully studied by anyone. For example, with a reduced tone, a cigarette excites, and with an increased one, it calms. The same applies to blood pressure. Due to the misconceptions of doctors in the mid-20th century, many manufacturers of cigarette replacement products (as well as doctors) believe that it is enough to swell more nicotine and a person will get high, but this is not the case. Quite the opposite happens - in the case of a vape, a person gets high from a liquid with a lower nicotine content, but with a system that has an MTL (cigarette) puff, and not a system that generates huge puffs of vapor.
In general, when smoking, a person uses and is addicted not to nicotine, but to tar, which contains more than 4,000 components, the joint use of which has not been studied at all.
Based on the above and what is on sale, you should be prepared for the fact that you will have to change your lifestyle. For example, in the case of tobacco heating systems. If you smoked a cigarette while sitting on the toilet in the morning, then under the new conditions you will have to wait for breakfast and then only use nicotine. If under stress you used to smoke a cigarette and calm down, then with the help of nicotine delivery devices this will not happen - on the contrary, you will raise the pressure and tone, respectively, being excited.
The process will be exactly the opposite of what you had when smoking cigarettes. That is, when you need to calm down, you will be excited. Based on this, you will not be able to sleep normally if you vape or vape sticks for tobacco heating systems before going to bed.
