Puma yagouaroundi. The habits of this graceful animal bear little resemblance to the habits of both the cougar and the jaguar, despite the Latin name Puma yagouaroundi. Class - mammals; detachment - predatory; family - felines; clan - cougars; body size - 55–77 cm; tail length - up to 60 cm; weight - 4.5–9 kg; life expectancy - 15 years; area - Central and South America.
